Funny, I got a paint ball shot on my door about five years ago.
I had an incident with this guy in a convenience store who did not like me looking and talking to his girlfriend as I was pumping gas.
The whole thing was so bizarre and when it happened I thought it was a gun. Try that orange stuff that mechanics use to clean there hands with.
Car wash.
A high pressure car washer should remove that. Just wash your car, making sure to thoroughly wet the paint ball area, then soap it up and rinse clean. The paint is non-toxic and is not supposed to stain clothing so it should wash right off the car.
That’s assuming the dude did not somehow make is own paint balls filled with REAL paint. If that is the case, you may need rubbing compound and perhaps a hint of paint thinner on a rag. (this works well for tar as well). You rub the spot to try and work the unwanted paint or stain away, and then rinse with clean water or soap and then water between the attempts. Once you have the junk removed, you will need to wax that part of the car over again.
