Question by Bob: How much does your paintball vest weigh?
I am looking on ebay, and the paintball vest I want to get is over 3 pounds. That’s what it says. How much should they weigh? I want a light one so I can move around good, but how much should they weigh? How much is too heavy?

It depends on what you get. Some are real light weight and only are about 1.5lb while some can be as heavy as 5lb. The average for a paintball vest is 2 or 3 lb.
How much is to heavy? That’s up to you. It is up to the person wearing it, for me i don’t care if it is 5lb because for me all i see it as is making the game a lil more of a challenge by adding more weigh to me and giving me more of a work out. When i play woodsball i wear a vest that is about 10lb fully loaded with my tank, pobs, and some tools and other stuff.

The vest itself shouldn’t weigh over 5 pounds but loaded with pods radios a hpa tank(if you run a remote line) it could get upwards of 20 pounds.
